CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
A 12-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required for all appointments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice, or missed appointments/no-shows, may be subject to a $50 fee. Emergencies may be reviewed case by case, and Gaquer Visuals LLC reserves the sole right to waive or enforce this fee.
If weather affects the shoot, interior photos may still be completed as scheduled. Exterior photos, drone work, or other weather-dependent services may be rescheduled at the earliest availability of Gaquer Visuals LLC at no additional charge. Gaquer Visuals LLC also reserves the right to assign a qualified photographer or team member to complete any scheduled service.
PROPERTY READINESS
The property must be photo-ready before the scheduled appointment time. Please review the Home Preparation information provided before your shoot, including guidance on clutter, pets, exterior areas, vehicles, and personal items. Photographers are not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving furniture, or removing personal items. Delays caused by an unprepared property may affect the result, delivery time, or require an additional fee.
DRONE SERVICES
Gaquer Visuals LLC is licensed by the FAA under regulation 14 CFR PART 107 and is therefore subject to strict rules and regulations set forth by the FAA and United States Government, State, and local laws. If we are unable to fly for any reason, there will be no charge for this service. The ultimate decision is left to the Remote Pilot in Command and no other person. It is our goal and their duty to ensure a safe flight. If weather is a concern, typically rain or high wind, we will reschedule for another day and time at no additional charge and at the convenience of Gaquer Visuals LLC.
PROOFING & CLIENT SELECTIONS
Some large or custom projects may require image proofing and client selections before editing begins. If selections are required, instructions will be provided. Delayed selections may delay final delivery by 24 hours or more.
DELIVERY
Gaquer Visuals LLC makes every effort to deliver photos within approximately 12-24 hours and video within approximately 2-3 business days after the shoot. Saturday appointments may be delivered the following Monday. Delivery times may be delayed by weather, proofing, client-requested changes, missing assets, property access issues, large projects, or other circumstances outside of our control.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due before final delivery. Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Final images, videos, links, or other deliverables may be withheld until payment is received.
